Exercise
I'm taking an exercise challenge on one of the boards I'm on. We get to state how many minutes we'll exercise in the month. I pledged a little low since I'm just now getting back in to the habit. I said I'd do 500 minutes, so far I'm up to 140. Given the frustrations of the past week (and esp. today) I'll probably add at least another 45 to that this evening. I don't know if I'm working out to get ready for the Disney 1/2 yet or not, but it is definitely a good stress relief mechanism. :)
