@AtlantaPetExpo Findings

I took Mr. Happy "Mac"Wiggle to the Pet Expo Saturday to give him a chance to socialize some and see how he'd do.  Honestly, he did considerably better than expected.  Mr. Spasm was on his best behavior.  I think it was sort of an overload.  He came home and immediately had to go to the back yard and race and bounce around.  He did well enough that I was able to stop and visit a few booths while I was there.  Here are some of my better (off the norm) finds.

Daffy's Pet Soup Kitchen - http://www.daffyspetsoupkitchen.com
A great resource for families that are struggling.   They have locations in Gwinnett, Atlanta, Austell, Newton, Cobb, Carroll, and Douglas county.

Cooper's Cupboard - http://www.cooperscupboard.org
Another resource for struggling families.  They provide families food assistance.  They are currently in west metro-Atlanta and points northward to include:  Jasper, Ellijay, Blue Ridge, Cartersville, etc.  You can apply for assistance on their site.

Project Paws Alive - http://www.projectpawsalive.org
A resource to provide pet oxygen mask kits to first responder agencies and vital safety equipment to Law Enforcement, S&R, EMS, Fire and military k9s.

Preston Speaks - http://prestonspeaks.com
A Pet lifestyle and travel site.  It's cute in that it's written from the perspective of a Westie named Preston.  A site I'll continue to check on.
