#Fitness Friday

I picked up a new DVD the other day to put into my cycle of workout dvds. Given my preference for Yoga, I thought I'd get one that did more flexibility or core. I ended up with Jillian Michaels and her Yoga Inferno. At the end of the segment, she asks you to think about WHY you're doing this. If it was to be healthy, then what is healthy? After much thought (and given the kids I have), I came up with this:
