Peek at the Penguins

The penguins at the Aquarium are behind the scenes. You can take a really cool behind the scenes tour to see them and you'll also get to see the top of the Ocean Voyager exhibit and more. It's definitely worth the money. If, however, you're like me and don't have the extra money, you have an alternative.. at least for now. You can visit between 11:30-3:30 and get to "Peek at the Penguins". You ONLY get to go behind the scenes to see the penguins, so you miss A LOT of what's back there. However, it is free. It's first come, first served, no sign up. Check at the booth in the atrium for information.
