A good work out

It's nice to get in exercise in the evenings. I find that I'm better able to relax before going to bed. Unfortunately for me, I only get a work out twice a week, thanks to Choi. I really ought to do more, but the rare times I have the time, I rarely have the inclination. There's always something else that should be done around the house, with my kids, etc etc. A prime case of procrastination or just a lack of time? Most would probably say "if you really want to work out, then find or make the time". It could be I just don't want to.. I'd like to think I do.. but in cases like this, it's only when I'm tired from a work out and feel relaxed and able to sleep that I think I really appreciate it.. ;)
