
Monday - (9a-5p) 1.823mi or 3441 steps (that's with a 2hr movie at home)
Wednesday - (8a-2p) 1.48mi or 2793 steps
I realize that the recommended number of steps a day is 6000 and that what I did really doesn't count as exercise.. I guess I need to get up and do more and here I thought I was already doing a lot.
