Slow loading

I don't know about you, but I got tired of how slow my blog was loading. I took out my Google AdSense and Amazon ads for the time being. I also took out my Blog Pet. They were just taking too long to load. I also changed the way my blogroll looks slightly. Hopefully my side bar isn't so overwhelming and hard to read. I'll tweak stuff more as I go along.
