Preschool stuff

I thought if blogger will let me I'd post some of what we're doing in the class this week for St. Patrick's Day. The sensory table has green rice and gold pasta. I've added in little leprechaun hats that have numbers on them. The idea is that the kids can "dig" for the gold and count it out into the hats based on the numbers. They do that as well as just fill the hats, pour, and such.

We're going to finish off the week with green milk shakes. We'll have to see, of course, if the leprechauns are busy Thursday and decide to make a mess of the classroom.. they have a tendency to do that and then leave behind 'treats' as a way of saying "sorry".
