Paging at the Capitol @GwinnettOnline @MeadowcreekHigh

This is my daughter's second year, my son's 4th, paging for our representative.  For those that aren't aware, you can contact your local state representative (either for the House or for the Senate) and have your 12+ year old work for them for the day.  My kids enjoy it.  It's a fairly "easy" day running notes from the public to the representatives.  The kids get an excused day from school, lunch (usually Chick-fil-a) and money for their efforts.  Yesterday was cross-over, which is mid point of the current session.  So if your student is interested, there's still some time left in the current session.  You can find more information here: http://www.house.ga.gov/en-US/Page.aspx
