Training children

To say that this has been a good week with my kids is not true. So, time to retrain my children. Instead of working against myself, I worked with something today that they really want. They both want a kitten (or rabbit or ferret). This won't happen for a while with as many animals as we already have. BUT it gives them time to find out what caring for the animal is truly like. As of this morning, they get the (oh so pleasant) job of cleaning the cat litterboxes. We have 2, I have 2 children. They'll do it once a week for now, I can add it on to other chores later.
