"snow" in Atlanta

It's a sad day when I'd rather stay home than take my kids to their Choi class because it's "snowing" in Atlanta. It's not that I'm afraid of the snow. It's not sticking to the roads. The rain isn't supposed to come in until later tonight and it's unlikely to do a lot for my area. It's the rest of the drivers in Atlanta that make me want to stay home. For whatever reason, if it snows, people get more stupid. I'd rather have my kids miss class than have to deal with the rest of the idiots out on the road.

The idiots are bad enough on a 'normal' day. Add rain and you get expansion of the problem. Change the rain to snow or ice and you get major trouble. I prefer to avoid this kind of trouble.
