Countdown to World Ocean Day

On June 8th, the Ocean Project celebrates World Ocean Day. Many of us enjoy seafood (I know I do), but are you aware of where your food comes from? Do you know if what you're eating is so overfished that if we don't change the way we eat it may not be available in the future? The Monterey Aquarium has developed a seafood card that is a great reference for what types of seafood to eat where, so that you know those things. Here's the link for the Seafood Watch Card.

Take a look. It doesn't take a lot of action on our part to make a BIG difference on the part of the oceans and the Earth.
