Substitute Teacher Class

Well, I registered for the Substitute Teacher Workshop in my area. It's a class that lets those with degrees become a part-time (or full) substitute teacher in the county. It hasn't been rejected yet (I only registered this morning), so I can only guess I'm in. These things fill up very quickly in my area.. which is amusing given that the county STILL needs more.

I've been volunteering at my son's school in the kindergarten and media center. I'll figure out my schedule and go ahead and get the paperwork started, hopefully I'll be a substitute teacher for the next school year.
