I have been doing burpees since the beginning of the year, 10x once per day. I finally hit the point on my birthday that I could do them at full speed correctly. A small milestone, I know, but still something that shows I *am* improving. I discovered that my scale needs help. I weigh the same thing with my pants as without.
I picked up a new scale yesterday, it will actually track two different people. I may keep it to myself for a while and see what happens.
No big changes this week, so no big updates. Not too bad, though, for changing habits.
