I came home from school last Thursday and my foot started to hurt. Fortunately, I'd already scheduled myself off on Friday, so I started RICE (rest, ice, compression, elevation). Saturday night, after going to the BBQ festival, it was throbbing. I already had a physical scheduled for Tuesday, so I continued RICE until I saw the doctor. Her recommendation? RICE and a stronger pain med. Yay.
Official diagnosis was strained tendon/muscle. Cause: unknown (I'm just talented)
